Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data is never lost when you change plans.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a ticket, chat, email thread, WhatsApp session or call thread with one customer. Internal notes, agent collaboration and AI suggestions never count against your limit.

How does the Human Support add-on work?

We learn your business through the Brand Brain, train and certify agents on your products and policies, run a shadow period, then launch under your brand with quality reviews every month.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Nigerian cards and bank transfer through Paystack and Flutterwave, in Naira. US Dollar billing is available on Scale and Enterprise for international teams.

Where is my data stored?
