Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies, the operator of Support.ng. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them. If you use Support.ng on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Accounts and sign-in
Business accounts sign in exclusively through auth.ng. You are responsible for keeping your auth.ng credentials and devices secure, and for the actions of every member you invite to your workspace. Seats are for named individuals and may not be shared. You must provide accurate business information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or activity, including fraud, harassment, or violation of others' privacy.
- No spam: messaging channels, email and voice may only be used with a lawful basis to contact recipients.
- No attempts to breach, probe or overload the platform, or to access another workspace's data.
- No reselling of the service without a written agreement with us.
- Call recording must comply with applicable consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance in Naira (US Dollar billing is available on select tiers) through our payment processors. Usage charges such as call minutes, WhatsApp sessions, SMS and additional AI runs are billed as consumed. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect from your next cycle. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT. If an invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, we may downgrade or suspend the workspace after notice. You can cancel anytime; paid periods already started are not refunded except where the law requires.
Service levels and support
We target high availability and publish current status on our status page. Committed SLAs, where purchased, are described in your order form. Support is provided through tickets and live chat from your console. Managed human support (Support Pods) is governed by an additional service schedule covering coverage hours, training, quality reviews and approval limits.
Your data and our IP
You own your data and the content of your conversations. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, including processing your approved knowledge to power AI answers for your own workspace. We own the platform, its software and branding. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, but no software is perfect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter through our support process first.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: open a ticket from the contact page.
